I'm writing a Internet vid. book. Your input is requested.

I've been commissioned to write a book about Internet videoconferencing.
As I begin the process of making a tentative table of contents I'd like
your input on what you would (and wouldn't) want to see in such a book.

What tools, tips, and techniques do you think I should include? What
social, cultural, and intellectual things should I steer towards, or stay
far away from?

Please reply directly to me, in order to not clutter up the list. When I'm
done, I'll post the tentative table of contents back to the list for
another go.
