Can't get CU-SeeMe to work in Win 3.1

I am running Windows 3.1 and MS-DOS 6.2 on a 386/40DX clone with 8 meg of RAM,
Trumpet Winsock 2.0B and am attempting to run CU-SeeMe 0.34b4. I have a
Western Digital Paradise Windows Accelerator 24 1-meg Video Card and am running
in 800x600x256 mode. I currently have Microsoft Video for Windows 1.1
installed.
I am getting onto the internet by dialling over the phone line to my provider,
a local company called NorthWest Link via a Boca 14.4 v.32 v.42 faxmodem and
running SLIP through Winsock. My IP address is different each time I log in,
being 199.242.22.x, where x is 0-255. I cannot get CU-SeeMe to run; every time
I try to run it, whether I'm running SLIP or not, it says "CU-SeeME:Hmmm...there
may be a problem. Gethostbyname() failed (11004). Problems at startup.
CU-SeeMe will exit" I do not have any video boards hooked up to my PC and I
haven't the slightest idea how to configure CU-SeeMe since I can't locate
a configuration file and can't get it to execute. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
