In that Internet statistics for newsgroups are quoted "excluding sex-related
newgroups" and that the most heavily trafficed groups are just that, you
won't be able to prevent it! If there were some way to charge for it,
it would be a major new industry.

This will drive Senator Exon out of his gourd --- X-rated video using
free software from a university receiving gummint funds! Right up there
with Maplethorpe --- and less artistic value (although who knows!).

It WILL happen, but I trust the Netters will be smart enough to at least
find the equivalent of "rot" for images!
