Windows and PAL

I'm new to CuSeeMe and am experimenting with sending video and have a
problem. I have looked at the FAQs and the MSattler home page but
am still not sure whether I've got to the bottom of the problem.

I'm using the Windows version 34b4 on a 486 with a VideoSpigot card
and a Sony CCD-SP5E video camera (just to see what happens!). I can
get good pictures on my PC using the software provided but when I
fire up CUSeeMe the home window is all messed up. In the bottom
third of the frame are 5 side-by-side copies of the picture coming from the video
camera but streaked (interlaced?); the rest of the frame is random
mush. The only thing that I can think of is that the camera uses PAL
rather than SECAM or any other format. Could this be causing the
problem?

Thanks for any help

Peter
