I am having great success with Hauppage's WINTV board. I can have
two external input's , and cable Tv. I can select any of the inputs
to be transmitted to cu-seeme. All has worked well so far.

Also, wintv make working in windows a pleasure for a variety of other
reasons like ESPN!
