Sounds like another case of an improperly configured MacTCP control panel
or possibly a missing/misconfigured MacTCP supplemental tool. Error -23004
is ipBadAddr "Error in getting address". Obviously I'm no expert on this
or I would try to offer more information. I'm just trying to fill in the
missing pieces whenever I can.
