Windows Users:
The 11004 message corresponds to the following in winsock.h:

#define WSABASEERR 10000
/* Valid name, no data record of requested type */
#define WSANO_DATA (WSABASEERR+1004)
#define NO_DATA WSANO_DATA

This error occurs at the point at which we are trying to set winsock for
async mode for our UDP socket. This either means that your winsock stack
doesn't handle async UDP or its not set up to do this. I know this isn't
too helpful but this is all CU-SeeMe knows about the problem.
BTW, async mode means that we get notified about received packets so we
can spend most of our time doing other things.
