Sounds to me like a Winsock conflict. Make sure there's NOT a WINSOCK.DLL in
the WINDOWS, WINDOWS\SYSTEM directories, or in the PATH. Keep each
WINSOCK.DLL in the directory with it's associated application. I use four
different Winsocks on my workstation & this works for me.
