I use a program called ICUII. The latest version (2.4) crashes almost
every time I use it. The error is as follows:

ICUII caused an invalid page fault in
module NCVLIB10.DLL at 014f:018aad6c.

Does anyone on this list know how to interpret these error messages???

I contacted tech support for ICUII, but have received no reply.
