Windows Users:
I believe there are LAN Workplace users who use CU-SeeMe successfully;
what do you have to do to get around the "Error binding to UDP port" error?

I am trying to run CU-SeeMe on an IBM Model 80 386 connected to
the internet with Ethernet (Ethernet card - 3c509). We are
running LWP for DOS/Windows version 4.12.

I was getting an error of WSAAsyncSelect() blew chow (20050) when
I tried to run the version W0.34b4. I found out that CU-SeeMe
does not load its own TCP/IP stack. So, I ran Mosiac to load a
stack and then tried again. This time, I get an "Error Binding
to UDP Port". I had our Systems Manager take a look at things
and although he increased the number of buffers and did some
other things, the problem still stands. Can you clue me in to
what I need to change to get running?
