Mac's Crashing w/ Audio

If you don't have outgoing video the audio pallette WILL crash your
machine. (Unless it's an AV machine that just doesn't have that camera
attached.)

The only way I have been able to keep it from crashing is is to have
Maven running in the background with push-to-talk set. Then you can
toggle the push-to-talk button in CU-SeeMe (sometimes). Clicking on the
Microphone icon in this set-up WILL cause a crash.

These crashes usually also do in MacTCP necessitating a reboot.

I have no solutions, just observations from hours of testing and
rebooting, and testing, and rebooting... (Well you get the idea.)
