low frame rate

It's definitely due to the low band width that you have (only 14.4). I've
tried it at home as well, and it's not worth even dialing in for... If there
was only a way to compress the video and audio even more to make it
accessible to those with 14.4 modems.... I wish.

At work on my powerpc we have a direct internet connection so my frame rates
are all the way up to 15fps. That also depends on the sender as well, frame
rates are adjustable.
