Using video data from reflector for other applications

I hope this is the right place to ask this question.

Is there someway to use the video that a reflector receives for other purposes.
Specifically, I'm trying to find a way to use the video from a camera here and
output it as video on a web page. I know it's possible for a web server to
"push" data down to a client, but I don't know if/how to get data from a
CU-SeeMe reflector. Is this possible, or is other software necessary to do
this. Another way of doing this would be to collect "snapshots" of video, and
then display them in series (like an animation), to crrdely resp[resent video.
Either way, it hinges on the ability to get data from a reflector. In case
you're wondering, we have the reflector set up here to test it. Thanks.
chris.
