Lisa you should not have any problems with a 16 meg machine as long as
your video capture board doesn't have a memory limitation. The early
Video Blasters could have 15.99999 megs of memory and still capture but
once it went beyond that (16) it no longer worked. Three years ago we
had many machines we had to keep at 8megs. If you don't have a capture
board there's nothing to worry about. If you do just check the manual
for you video compression board.

Hope that helps!
