Hello All,
I have been watching this mailing list since it started up
and have been doing so with great interest.

I have an interest in using this software and associated
hardware with video conferencing. I work for the CSIRO Australia
and we have more than 50 sites spread across our wide brown land.
This can be a big problem when managers and the like need to

Since all of our sites are networked (Internet) this would
be an excellent solution for quick and simple alternative to the
Video conferencing offered by the telephone networks.
Each manager could have a setup with video sending
capabilities and other interested people could lurk on the side with
the basic software and even enter the conversation (speech) and still
have his/her presence felt in the meeting.
ALSO nothing is stopping this from becoming an alternative
to a telephone where one could call a PC with this software and the
receiving computer could indicate someone is calling them etc..

I would appreciate any comments...

Scott Chamberlain.
