I tried the Netphone demo with a Mac840AV w/ AMII sound card
installed; it worked very well at 14.4
As far as being compatable w/ CU, I assume that you could have
both apps open and linked to the same IPs at the same time. Perhaps this
would not work with a reflector, though; I don't know.
