I don't have time to confirm this, but I suspect it doesn't work because you
are using an Intel platform, which is a Little Endian CPU. The 4.0B3 Cornell
reflector had some bugs when running on Little Endian CPU's because it did not
convert the ip addresses from/to host/network order. This was not a problem
on Big Endian CPU's because host order and network order were the same.

Check out the White Pine Reflector, it ought to work for you. You can run it
for free for 30 days.
