Yes, it can.

The White Pine Reflector has MORE capability than the Cornell Reflector, but
still supports the Cornell clients. The only problem you might have is when
an Enhanced CU-SeeMe client, connected to a White Pine Reflector is sending
Color video, or the 8 kb/s or 2 kb/s audio streams, the Cornell clients can't
decode them.
