Can't run - get a Program Error

When I try to run the latest Cornell CU-SeeMe under Windows 95, I
get a "Program Error" information box, while the program is loading,
and then the only option is to "close" or abort.

The Error message says, "Your program is making an invalid dynamic link
call to a .DLL file."

The computer has both the Cornell version, and the WhitePine versions,
and both display this same error message and never run.

Is there a way to get one or the other CU versions to run?
