Check out Brian Godette's Enhanced Reflector at
http://www.dimensional.com/~bgodette. It'll run on many platforms. As
far as what you need to run it, the main thing would be bandwidth. If you
want to support 20-30 people or so, you need a T1 (or possibly a cable
modem). Outside of that, the Enhanced Reflector runs on quite a few
different flavors of Unix as well as Win95 and WinNT. Oh, and there's
also an OS/2 version (just to keep Andrew awake) :)
