reflect.conf file

I am using Brian Godette's Enhanced reflector on a Sun Sparc 5 running
Solaris 2.6. With the Cornell version of the reflector, the configuration
file used to be named "reflect.conf". With this enhanced version, there
is no default file named "reflect.conf" but instead in "reflect.doc" there
is a sample config file with all the lines commented out.

My problem is that when I add a reflect.conf file, the changes I am making
just don't happen. I tried adding them to the end of the reflect.doc file
but that didn't work either. HOw can I tell where the program is looking
for a configuration file?

Thanks,
