CU-SeeMe for Windows

I am running a Gateway Pentium 90mhz with Intel ProShare Video System 200
installed on it. I am using FTP inc. PCTCP 3.0 as my TCP Kernel stack, and
have MSVideo.dll in the windows system directory.

When I try to start up CU-SeeMe and am initializing the capture palette I
get a Unsupported Function pop-up box and then when I click OK the local
video comes up but it only as scattered gray lines. When I connect with
somebody I can see them fine but they only get a scattered box for what
they are recieving.

Any Ideas ?
