Yes, Proshare uses the Intel Video capture board which supports Indeo.
CUSeeMe doesn't support Indeo so it won't work.

If CUSeeMe supported Indeo - that would be amazing. If it supported H.320
that would be also amazing. I don't know if that's possible though.. :-(
