CUSeeMe using a PowerMac

Hi - we've been trying to use a camera to send video and have been
unsuccessful since we don't have a AV Mac and we don't have a Video
Spigot card (we have Movie,Movie). Looks like the best answer would
be to invest in a Video Spigot.

Here's the question:

A friend of mine is looking at purchasing a Power Macintosh. These
Macintoshes are not specifically called AV Macs, though Power Mac
8500 has both video in/video out. The Power Mac 7500 has video in,
with video out as an add on.

Would either of these work with CU See Me to send video?
