ProMovie Studio problems!!!

Greetings:
I've finally MADE myself put my ProMovie Studio capture board into my
system. When I startup CUSeeMe, I see no picture! Keep in mind that I'm
testing my connection with a VCR vice camcorder (it's easier), while
connecting to "localhost" (127.0.0.1)!
I've followed the installation directions for installing the software.
I've confirmed beforehand that the default IRQ, I/O port and memory
addresses were free (I use IRQ=10, I/O=250, MemBuf=DF00-DFFF). I checked
my "emm386.exe" line ("config.sys") and my "system.ini" file, to make the
memory exclusions ("EMMExclude=DF00-DFFF"). I've checked that my
"system.ini" file referenced the capture board driver "promovie.drv" (or
was that "promovie.dll"???) My machine isn't here at work, but is at my
home ("derskine@apci.net").
Could somebody provide me some pointers???
