Sorry if this has been answered (I ws out of town again)...

On your MAC, go to your MAC TCP and click on "MORE". At the top right,
you can see your IP. Do this right after you log in. Then email the IP
to your freind, and tell him/her to connect to it. This works best if
you set a time to log in. This way, your freind can wait for your IP
address to come in email and just connect to it. With dynamically
allocated IPs, this seems to be the best route.
