Yes, the 4.00B3 reflector would not work with NV/VAT on the Linux platform
because of little/big endian problems. If you are running a 4.00B3 reflector
on a machine that has Intel byte ordering, NV and VAT will not work.

This has been fixed in the commercial version of the reflector, due for
release in january '96.

UNICAST-REF had a bug where NV/VAT would not get to the downstream reflector.
