Hi all,
I'm a reflector maintainer at Univ of Ulster and I have been getting lots
of weirdos coming on using obscene and offensive language, exposing
themselves and performing the odd trick or two. Don't get me wrong, live
and let live is my moto, but not at the expense of others.

This is a public reflector and that sort of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

I have managed to gather several IP numbers of offenders and think it may
be a good idea to collect these and make them publicly available to
maintainers who may wish to deny them access from their reflectors.

Anyone else had similar problems...solutions..?
