Error using CU-SeeMe

Thank you for taking the time to read this mail. I recently
downloaded v 0.83 for the PC and have been "lurking" around. It's
great! But, I occasionally get an error whichs stops CU SeeMe cold.
I'm using a dx4/120, with 20 megs or RAM, a Supra 28.8 Internal
Modem, Windows 95, and a gig of HD space. Here is the error that
Windows gives me..

I don't know if this is any help you or not, but I hope so. I also
get an error "cannot find winsock.dll" when first booting the
program, I usually have to run PowWow (another chat program) and
then load Cu-Seeme. I'm using the Dial Up Networking with a standard
Internet Provider. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong???
