Here's a description I've added to the "new" reflect.conf file about subnet
masks. If this isn't clear, or it doesn't work, let me know, along with
refelctor version # and system type.

; Various paramaters will accept an ip address, or a subnet address
; with a bit field argument. The subnet arguments are of the following format:

; 255.255.255.255:8 Matches 255.0.0.0
; 255.255.255.255:16 Matches 255.255.0.0
