I wonder if there is someone who can help me. I have just installed CU-SeeMe
Version WO.84 on my PC running under Windows '95.
On one of the sites I tried to connect to I got an error message asking me to
adjust the maximum transmit rate to 28 or less.
When I go into preferences to do this I cannot get access to the fields to
make this change. Has anyone experienced this and therefore mayby has a
suggestion as to how to get around this problem.
