Hi Guys,

I have noticed some of the Codecs in the Audio/Video Preferences of
Enhanced CU-SeeMe allow one to set a Key Frame every so often, as well as a
"Data Rate Limited To" setting (independently from the Data Rate setting in
the Communications Preferences).

Recently I was playing around with these settings and I noticed that
setting a value for the Key Frames overcomes the problem of "progressive
picture shatters" which occurs if there are a lot of packets being lost.
This feature allows the picture to be *rebuilt* regularly thus removing
errors which have accumulated over time.

Has anyone any suggestions as to recommended settings for CU-SeeMe which
might improve our operations?
