"sending too much" ??

Hello, I'm new to the list. I've just downloaded the latest
cuseeme.zip for windows, and noticed that some reflectors tell me I'm
"sending too much", even though I don't have a vid-grabber or camera
hooked up. Is there any magic I can work on the .ini file to solve
this?
