I
have to ask you sthing... Do the noise pixws look like a xmas (or
christma's : ) ) tree? if yes, you should find the solution in the
instructions booklet that came with your camera.
I had this problem too but i read the instructions and it said that when
it occurs you have to put more light on the scene. And it's true. I
simply added more light to my room and now my video quality is perfect.

When did you buy this cam? Maybe your drivers are too old, newer drivers
from www.connectix.com have a low-light filter, but to say the truth it
don't seem to work, at least with my cam. There you'll find in the same
file, sthing like "updater.exe" for the pc version, everything you need.
You have only to dowload and run the file. It will update your drivers
and the programs that came with the QuickCam, like the QuickPict and
QuickMovie.
