Please resend IP lookup/Win95

Several weeks ago someone posted a note regarding the ID of the IP address
on my local computer when connected to the Internet. I remember it said to
go to START and then RUN and then ????
I did it and it worked, but I have since last the note.

Can anyone help fill in the ????
