No one has been able to provide an adequate description of the 'change
tolerance' and 'refresh interval' buttons in CU-Seeme. All due respect
here to Mike Sattler's web-pages. What I would like to know is : do lower
numbers mean more or less change tolerance/ faster or slower refresh rates.
And : what kind of real world values do the defaults translate into?
Is there anything to gain (performance-wise) by tweaking these controls, or
are they just there so that people way off the curve can get acceptable
performance?
