Re: Disconnect:How to ?

This is a popular problem and I think it's been explained by delayed
packets and routers along the way. The only way to cleanly disconnect is
to disconnect and then close the program. 30 seconds or so later it will
be safe to start up again. The packet storm will have subsided.
