I think this is an important point (thus I am reflecting the comment). It
is equally important that the sound carrying capability be available as
that it conforms to a standard that others can interoperate with. I am
hoping that vat is chosen so that we can interoperate with workstations
using mbone and potentially provide a bridge bewteen these classes of
machines. In the mean time "anything that works" will do.

Ok, I'm really excited that PC users can finally audio conference -- BUT --
can anyone tell me if this product supports any standards like VAT or Intel
DVI, or DeltaMod 16?

The reason I am asking is because supposedly Maven (audio conferencing for
the Macintosh) can allow users of other "standardized" audio conferencing
programs to connect to it.

So far, I haven't seen any PC Audio conferencing programs that support this
supposed national / international standard for audio conferencing... Anyone
know if it's possible to do cross platform audio conferencing now?
