A ringing feature!

Hello all,
I've been demonstrating this CU-SeeMe to everyone I know, and one item
they always come up with is "So I can call my mother up in the UK?" And I
have to say, well actually she would have to be online, etc...

When I use Talk by Peter Lewis I believe, there is a little program you
can run in the background that notifies you that someone is trying to
initiate a talk session... what about one for CU-SeeMe? Perhaps with a
ringing sound and a message that can say.. "your mom is on cornell
waiting for you" or "Run CU-SeeMe, mom is trying to connect to you!"
