2200 GMT = 6:00 am Sunday morning over here in Western Australia.
So, if I tune in, it would be by dialup at 28.8kbps.
Thus, will you be sending using the delta-mod 16kbps encoding in CUSM, or
higher bandwidth?
Will it be essentially audio only?
