Currently, it's not possible to direct your audio to an audio-only person,
and it's also somewhat painful to see who's talking, and you can't silence
people without video either, and you can't see their ip#, so maybe a
list of participants in a window would be in order, or then showing button-only
windows for non-video people so the things mentioned available would be possible.
The possibility to stop receiving video for only one window would be another
nice thing.
