which reflectors can I connect with nv?

Hello.
I know mbone tool nv can connect to cu-seeme reflectors,
when they are configured so.
(I mean uni-cast connection, of course.)

I looked around public reflectors list
http://www.jungle.com/msattler/sci-tech/comp/CU-SeeMe/CUSeeMe_Nicknames.txt
but there is no indication if nv can connect to.

Anybody know which reflectors I can connect to with nv,
or there is no public reflector configured to allow nv to connect to?

Actually, I tried to connect to NASA Select,
nv -recvOnly -encoding cuseeme 139.88.27.43 7650
but it didn't work (no pictures).

do I misunderstand anything?
