I received so many responses to my request for help with my problem
sending the input on my chat window/white board that I can't thank
you all personally. But thanks!! It is working now after altering
the .ini default settings. This is what my configuration is now for
my White Pine Enhanced version 1.0a2.

MaxCap=20
MinCap=10
MaxRecvCap=25
MinRecvCap=10
UseFlowControl=Yes
PacketLossReports=No
CurrentRecvCap=0

One other thing, I am using Win 95 and the dialler with it but I
have never made, nor do I show in my files a "hosts.file". Is this a
lucky fluke or is it no longer needed with this version? In fact I
have never used one with any version but this is the first one I have
sent video on.
