I'm new to this video conference stuff and need a little help -

I have been trying to use CUSEEME to view the ON COMPUTERS with Gina Smith
video cast (or any other reflector). I have installed the program in a
directory called CU-seeme, I'm using Windows 95, and I have a direct PPP
internet access account. When I run cuseeme.exe the program runs fine. I
get the splash screen and I show the message "Connected to 205.147.135.16"
on the bottom of the screen, and if I select the "Show Participants Windows"
other participants do come up -

but no video does

Also I'm using 28.8 modem, SVGA @ 256 colors, 486DX2 66 Laptop. I have no
cam card.

Can you help me or point me in the direction of help - please.
