Seting up a reflector for Broadcast

Hello all, i have been appointed to setup 3 CU-SeeMe reflectors accross =
the country (Canada) for the purpose of a broadcast of a national unity =
debate.
Where they would be only one sender. Very much like the NASA TV setup.

My request is that i need help with the parameters in the 'reflect.conf' =
file so that the 3 reflectors would reflect between themself the =
broadcast of one video and sound source. That way people who would want =
to watch this broadcast could connect to the nearest reflector (one in =
Quebec, Manitoba and British Columbia).
