1) I've tried calling ~8 public reflector sites. 19 times out of 20 I get a
"No Response" message. What is going on?
2) The few times I have gotten on the White Pines Reflector, I hear no
sound and the video shots of participants look like still frames. I can't
hear anyone and probably no one can hear me. I do see myself in my video
frame with full motion and can hear feedback over my speaker from the
camera microphone.

Someone suggested a White Pines sound plug, but I couldn't find one on
their home page.
What am I doing wrong? Do I have to change any settings or click any Icons?
If you can take the time to help a new comer, I'd really appreciate it.
