Problems: FPS60 and CU-SeeMe on WIN95

Has anyone managed to get either Cornell's CU-SeeMe or White Pine's new
Enhanced CU-SeeMe (2.0) to work with FAST's FPS60 video grabber and WIN95?

My machine is a PC133 (Intel Endeavour) with Soundblaster... CU-SeeMe
complains that there is an 'unsupported function' error and quits
starting up the program.
