CU-SeeMe, White Pine & Apple Media Conferencing

First of all, what is the difference between the CU-SeeMe Enhanced &
regular flavors.

Second, I find it odd that the enhanced version is not available for the
Macintosh (March??). Is the Beta of the Mac version out yet?

Third how is Apple Media Conferencing (aka QuickTime Conferencing) able
to work with CU-SeeMe enhanced but not any other version?

Fourth, does the Enhanced version use packet types other than ICMP [or a
different ICMP address]?
