First, Turn Virtual Memory off.

Second, use Open Transport version 1.1b16 [check out www.info.apple.com
to download it] or do not use it at all and use just mactcp [see the faq
on how to do this]. I am using it on Open transport 1.1b16 and have ROCK
SOLID performance (it EASILY rivals the MacTCP performance).

Third, make sure you are using CU-SeeMe 0.83b3 (PPC). Don't use anything
older.
