In order to better serve you, could you check your system for the following:
1. What software are you using to connect to Penn Network?
2. Are you dialing into this site, and running the software on the
server?
Also, you *might* want to check with a network administrator at Penn Networks
and ask him/her if you have "winsock" support! You require this in order to
use CU-SeeMe.
